Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- International: 10-25 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Limitlz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Limitlz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Limitlz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
